Mountain Associates - getting the people side of Organizations working effectively

Organizational TA Programme 2011-2012

This programme will be based upon Organizational Transactional Analysis, which is a dynamic and creative approach to human relationships, and personal and professional development. Organizational TA focuses on building on what is already working. It provides a focus on both the individual and the organization - whether that be large or small, simple or complex.

Whether you are a trainer, consultant or manager, Organizational TA provides you with a practical approach to working with people in the work setting. The topics for the remainder of the current academic year are as follows:

Thursday, 19 April, 2012, special one day workshop - from 10:00am to 5:00pm
Using and Managing Emotions in Organizations - facilitated by Olivier Montadat
The purpose of this workshop is to invite managers, consultants, HR people to develop their awareness and control of one of the key levers to performance in organizations: Emotions.

10-12 May 2012
The Politics of Attachment - facilitated by Anita Mountain
We all have a powerful need to belong, to be attached to people, places and projects. This workshop will explore the concepts of security and safety and their effect on the workplace.

5-7 July 2012
Queries and Questions - facilitated by Anita Mountain
Here's an opportunity for you to ask all those questions you've been holding about TA. This workshop will be created by you for you. Prior to the event we will ask you to write in and let us know those concepts that, so far, you have had difficulty understanding. We will then build the workshop around those. It's never too late to understand, even though you might think you "should" be able to do so by now.

We reserve the right to change the facilitator should circumstances demand this. However, all facilitators will be internationally endorsed or accredited to teach TA as well as supervise.
