After feedback from our previous programmes we introduced a new format that offers the same amount of training hours as a monthly programme without giving up a weekend every month.
This allows delegates to spend more time at home, less time on travel and more time to apply the concepts in between training sessions.
The benefits of this more concentrated, but less frequent, training allows for:
We will be undertaking input and experiential exercises to promote development. In addition, on the Friday evening delegates have the opportunity to give a one hour presentation. This can be undertaken individually or with other delegates.
The training group will then have the opportunity to offer constructive feedback so the presenters can develop their confidence and skills.
Attendance on the whole programme offers delegates 120 hours of Organizational / Developmental Transactional Analysis training. Each workshop of this 6 x 3-day programme will have the following structure (with breaks - morning, lunch, mid afternoon and additionally late afternoon on the Friday workshop):
