An additional benefit of the Organizational TA programme

The Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis provide a certificate towards which this programme contributes the lion's share of hours. This option would also require the completion of assignment work. There is then the option to progress to a IDTA Diploma as the next stage.

If you have no wish for this option, we will in any case provide an Organizational TA certificate for the 120 hours you will have completed on the programme. You then have the option at a later stage to pursue the IDTA Certificate should you change your mind.

Please note that the IDTA Certificate involves some extra cost - payable to the IDTA and not to us.

Contact between workshops for extra coaching/supervision on work issues is available to you.

Delegates are encouraged to maintain contact with each other between workshops and an exclusive online discussion group enables delegates to discuss different theoretical concepts and raise issues they are dealing with. This thereby provides additional means of support.
