Olivier Montadat lives in the south of Paris (France)

Academic background: Graduated in Economics (Master in Economics of the University of Orléans) and in Political Sciences (Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris).

Professional Experience Olivier has been a consultant for more than thirty years - first beginning in IT in 1980 - and latterly in Organization and Management. From 1996 to 2006 he was the Manager for the large international consultancy firm Deloitte - specialising in Change Management and People.

Since 2006, he has been an internal consultant, specializing in management at a large local public service organization (staff of 7000 with 1000 managers) where he delivers coaching and performs organizational diagnosis using TA.consultancy firm: Deloitte; he was there specialising in Change Management and People.

TA Professional Experience Olivier has been in TA for 17 years. He became a Certified Transactional Analyst with Organizational Specialty in November 2007. In June 2010, he signed a PTSTA-O contract.

For the last two years, he has been co-facilitating an Organizational TA training programme in Slovenia along with a French PTSTA-O colleague.
