This is our updated Organizational TA Training Institute website. We run a variety of courses and programmes, at several levels. All provide the possibility of certification. You decide when to "get on the bus" (as it were), at what level, and when you want to get off (and we can help you make those decisions).
Our participants come from a variety of backgrounds and countries, which provides a rich interactive learning environment.
Our 2011/12 Organizational TA Programme started in September 2011. The next workshop will take place from 5th to 7th January 2011 and is entitled Change. You can join the programme at any stage during the year, come to all the workshops or select one or two you are particularly interested in. (priority will be given to people booking for the whole programme).
We run regular Advanced Skills in Communication Level 1 (TA101) courses. Our speciality is in running this over three days, rather than two. This gives a more comfortable amount of time to cover the material, and have scope for discussion. The next course will take place from 22nd to 24th May 2012.
